All returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• Returned with all hangtags attached

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from ellaandil.com or one of our concept stores. For purchases made through other retailers, please contact the store where the item was purchased.

We encourage mindful shopping whenever possible, as unnecessary shipping and returns have an environmental impact. If you need help with sizing or fit before ordering, please contact us at hello@ellaandil.com

3. Deliver the parcel at a PostNord service point

For in-store returns, select “Return in Store” during registration and return your order to one of our concept stores.

Return cost in Norway: 99 NOK
In-store returns: Free

International

1. Register your return in the form below

2. Pack the unused items securely with hangtags attached

3. Select DHL as return method

4. Print and attach the DHL return label

5. Deliver the parcel at a DHL service point

International return cost: 25 EUR

Complaints can be registered through the same portal by selecting “Complaint” for the relevant product.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Return costs are deducted from the refund amount

• Refund processing may take up to 21 days
