While we strive to keep all products in stock, availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Ella&il reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days.

We offer:

• Free shipping within Norway on orders above 1699 NOK

• Free international shipping on orders above 180 EUR

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the time the shipping confirmation has been sent.

If you wish to return an item, please register your return through our return portal.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• Returned with all original packaging and hangtags attached

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.

If you receive a defective item, please contact hello@ellaandil.com or register a complaint through our return portal. Please include:

• A description of the issue

• Photographs showing the defect
