Delivery & Returns
Dear Customer, thank you for purchasing products from ella&il. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.ellaandil.com or one of our stores. For items bought from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund. We kindly offer easy returns in the bottom of this page.
Having said that, we would like to remind you of the negative environmental effects that the freights unfortunately contributes to. Therefore we ask you to try to be extra sure of the size, color or any other aspects that could lead to a return, so we can avoid any unnecessary freights. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding size/fit on a product.
- Register your return online in the form below
- For return in store, fill out the form and make sure to choose “return in store”. Then deliver your return in store at Stabekk for 0 kr)
- Put the unused and unwashed products in appropriate packaging (make sure the hangtags are still on)
- Norway: Drop off the package at a Postnord post office – make sure the package gets registered. (Save/take a photo of your receipt when you deliver your package.)
- For purchases in Norway, the return costs is 69KR and abroad return costs is 15 EURO
- Send your order number and which products you are returning to email@example.com.
- We will make a return note for you that you will receive by email.
- Print out the label and attach it to the package.
- Deliver your return to your nearest DHL-pickup
