ella&il supports the Stine Sofie Foundation because every child deserves a safe and loving childhood. Sadly, violence and abuse against children remain serious issues, and the foundation plays a vital role in preventing, uncovering, and supporting those affected.
The foundation was established after the tragic events in 2000, when friends Stine Sofie (8) and Lena (10) were sexually abused and killed. Since then, the Stine Sofie Foundation has been a powerful voice for children who have experienced violence and abuse, working to strengthen their legal protection and ensure that their voices are heard.
Through the Stine Sofie Center, children and families receive care, learning, and support — a place that helps make everyday life a little easier after trauma. The foundation always stands on the side of the children.
