If you purchased an order and you have a complaint, follow these steps below.
NORWEGIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- Register your complaint at the bottom of this page
- Choose “complaint” and upload photos of the damage and a description of the claim
- We will contact you by email as soon as we have looked at the complaint
- If the product is considered defect, ella&il will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received
