If you purchased an order and you have a complaint, follow these steps below.

Register your complaint at the bottom of this page
Choose “complaint” and upload photos of the damage and a description of the claim
We will contact you by email as soon as we have looked at the complaint
If the product is considered defect, ella&il will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received
